I bought the sutra mini vaporizer which was supposed to be practical to smoke both herb or liquid. It was the promise...
Unfortunately when I tried the vaporizer with herb, nothing happened! No vapor, no smoke even if I inhaled deeply with the highest temperature program!
I called and emailed many times the after sales service to explain my problem and also to ask for video, in order to check if my use was correct.
Unfortunately, (once again) and however I insisted a lot, I never received any video showing someone using the sutra mini vaporizer with success...
So I'm so sorry but really I will never recommend this vaporizer.to anybody! Indeed the promise was not kept.
