I am a heavy smoker and also enjoy edibles but I stopped both 3 days before my five panel urine test. The morning of the test and on an empty stomach I followed the directions and drank the entire bottle over a 30 to 40 minute period. I then filled the empty bottle with water and drank it over the next 45 minutes. This ensured that I urinated at least three or four times before taking my test. Your sample should be clean for next 2 to 5 hours. Only use mid-stream urine when providing sample. It worked for me and I was high thc intake.Comment Thank you for your feedback! Moderate toxin levels (3-4 times a week) concentrated and edibles. 230lbs 38 year old male. Ate a light meal the night before and plenty of water for the previous 2 days. The day of drank on an empty stomach over one hour then refilled the bottle 1/2 way with water and drank over 15 minutes. Followed the instructions implicitly, waited for the optimum "clean" window between 2-5 hours and I still did not pass my test. While this may work for a simple "dip test", if the tester is using a mass spectrometer the chances you will pass are slim to none. Hope you have better luck than I did.
