White Thai Kratom Strain: What Makes It Good

If you can get genuine Malaysian kratom (mitragyna speciosa), with the classic traits of Green Malay, usually from the mainland Malaysian kratom, then it does have some specific key benefits:

HOW MUCH KRATOM TO TAKE
Kratom should be dosed just like any other variety of Kratom (except extracts). The general rule is to ‘Start low and go slow’, beginning with a default dosage size of about 2.4 grams (about the same size as a level teaspoon of loose powder).

It’s advised to wait until the effects of a 2.4-gram dose of Gold Kratom are realized before modifying the dose. Also, it’s important to limit your consumption of Gold Kratom to no more than two, 2.4-gram doses in any given 24-hour period. This helps to keep tolerance low so you get the most out of your Kratom dosing regimen.
